Hello!

I'm Maria, the founder of Mionas Bakery (also known as Miam Bakery… but I'll tell you about that in a moment).

I'm a computer engineer by profession and a pastry chef (and business owner) by vocation.

This project is the most ambitious thing and the biggest leap into the unknown I have ever taken.

We opened on 31 May 2025 in Sitges under the name "Miam Bakery", and a couple of months later we had to change it because of a trademark registration issue. So from now on, you'll find us as Mionas Bakery.

We specialise in American cookies. Every day we have a display case full of cookies. We also make mega cookies and layer cakes to order.
