Orders and pick-up
Can I pick up my order in the shop?
Yes. You can pick up your order at our shop from the day after you buy.
We're at Carrer de Sant Bonaventura, 16, 08870 Sitges (Barcelona). Choose in-store pick-up at checkout and wait for us to let you know when your order is ready.
If you need to pick it up on a different day, message us on WhatsApp or by email when you place your order.
How far in advance should I order?
How far in advance depends on the type of order:
- For cookies and megacookies picked up in the shop, order at least the day before.
- For delivery, order by Tuesday at the latest so it ships that same week.
- For custom cakes, we need at least 5 days.
For large orders or custom packs, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Do you take custom orders for birthdays, weddings or events?
Yes. We make custom layer cakes, boxes of 28 mini cookies and decorated cookies.
We need at least 5 days' notice. For large or highly customized orders, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
What are the cancellation terms for a cake?
- If you cancel 7 or more days in advance, we'll refund the full amount.
- If there are fewer than 7 days to go but at least 72 hours, we'll refund 80%. We keep the remaining 20% to cover the booking and production planning.
- If there are fewer than 72 hours to go, we can't accept the cancellation, as we may have started making the cake or already bought and prepared the ingredients.
Shipping
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we ship across mainland Spain. For now we don't deliver to the Balearic or Canary Islands.
Orders we receive by Tuesday leave our bakery on Wednesday, so the cookies arrive on Thursday or Friday in perfect condition.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping costs between €3.99 and €5.99, and delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours from when the order leaves our bakery.

Products and allergens
What other products do you have besides cookies?
At our bakery we also make brookies, megacookies, cheesecakes, decorated cookies and custom cakes for your celebrations.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. We have a collection of vegan cookies.
Do you have gluten-free options?
No, for now we don't offer gluten-free cookies. Our bakery works with gluten every day and we can't guarantee there's no cross-contamination.

How do I store and warm up the cookies?
Cookies stay fresh for up to a week if you keep them in an airtight container.
If you're not going to eat them in the first few days, you can freeze them. To warm them up, put them in the oven at 180 °C for 3 to 5 minutes or in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds.
If they were frozen, warm them in the oven at 180 °C for 5 minutes.

Do you offer baking courses?
Yes. We run American cookie courses at our bakery in Sitges.

Shop
What are your opening hours?
Tuesday to Saturday we're open from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:30. On Sundays, from 10:00 to 14:00. We're closed on Mondays.
Before you come, we recommend checking Google Maps, where we keep special opening hours and public holidays up to date.
Do you sell bread?
No, we don't sell bread. We specialize in American cookies.
Do you have coffee?
No, for now we don't have coffee in the shop.
